  • Donation Terms

    Donor has made a pledge to donate inventory to Public Force. Donor warrants that, to its knowledge, the Donation is free of any defect or risk to health and safety, or any violation of any law, regulation, or requirement. Donor agrees to the following: Donations will be distributed by Public Force to qualified nonprofits to help support their charitable mission. Public Force will make reasonable efforts to place the donation with a nonprofit; if that effort does not result in a nonprofit match, Public Force may use the donation for its own charitable purposes. Should Donor discover any defect or risk in the donation, Donor will notify Public Force within five days of discovery.
